Returns & Refunds
Pre-order and made-to-order items can’t be cancelled once production has started.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved change-of-mind returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Care & Maintenance
Use a neutral detergent and wash separately in cold or warm water (maximum 30°C).
Do not bleach, wring, or tumble dry.
Gently wipe or shake to remove dust, then hang dry in shade.
Vacuum Cleaning
Use a vacuum with a soft brush head once a week to remove dust and maintain the rug’s texture.
Spot Cleaning
For spills or stains, gently blot the area with a clean cloth and a mild carpet cleaner. Avoid rubbing, as this may damage the fibers.
Rinse with Water
If needed, the rug can be rinsed directly with clean water. Allow it to dry naturally. Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Carpet Pilling
Fibres, threads, or lint from clothing or socks may fall onto the rug surface, causing a pilling effect.
This is normal with long-term use and can be removed easily using a lint roller or vacuum cleaner
