Suddenly the whole room feels warmer, cozier, happier, and far less ordinary.

Living in Australia, we noticed most home brands leaned heavily into minimalism, beige tones, and very safe styling. Beautiful, yes… but sometimes a little too quiet.

We kept thinking:

Where’s the fun?
Where’s the colour?
Where’s the personality?

So we started exploring, curating, sourcing, and testing pieces that could bring more energy and character into everyday spaces.

That’s how Cushy Nest was born. A small Melbourne-based team focused on finding playful home pieces that add colour, personality, and a not-boring vibe to your home.

We work closely with trusted production partners and suppliers to carefully source pieces that align with the Cushy Nest style and feel.

We’re still growing, still discovering new collections, and still expanding our range of rugs, lamps, décor, and all the little things that make a space feel more alive.
